Objective: Grab the rotary Ratio Dial and twist it until the meshed gears read the exact target ratio for each of 12 terrain challenges.
Tolerance: Your dialed ratio must land within ±0.06 of the target — close enough for a robot, not close enough to fake it.
Power Cells: Your workshop runs on 100% Power Cells. A locked-in ratio recharges cells; pressing "Engage Drive" while off-target drains power (and makes the rover fall over, comedically).
Rover Progress: Every clean gear lock sends the rover further across the terrain track. You can keep re-dialing after a stumble — no attempt is ever wasted, only power.
Terrain Randomization: Challenges and their order are shuffled at the start of every workshop session.
Session Memory: Progress lives only in this browser tab. Reloading resets the whole assembly bay.
